These ACV chewable tablets are a much better option over some AVC gummies I have tried. The gummies may have tasted better, but I have tried gummies that have 18 calories and 4g carbs per daily serving. These tablets have 5 calories and 1g per serving. Obviously better if you are on keto and limiting carbs. The taste is ok, not bad. There is a mild hint of apple and a little bit of chalkiness. There is actually no sourness and less than expected hint of any vinegar taste. These also supply 1000mg of ACV per serving. Gummies I've tried had less ACV per serving. These are made in the USA. It's always hard to judged these supplements, but these seem to be of high quality, and definitely a better option than ACV gummies.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this b-complex vitamin! It has the easy to absorb methyl forms of all the right ingredients, making it an effective and well rounded b-complex supplement. The fact it has methyl folate is surprising, in a great way! It's an easier to absorb form of folate for those that have the mthfr gene mutation, and it makes a huge difference (most b-complex uses cheaper, not as bioavailable forms that don't work)! Since I started taking it I have felt clearer and had way way more energy! As for the pills themselves, they are normal size, they go down easy, and there is no weird aftertaste like with some b-complex vitamins, eps when I wash it down with a full glass of water. The fact it's a 45 day supply is a nice bonus! Ultimately I have nothing bad to say (no cons, only pros!), & I cannot highly recommend this b-complex enough!

I need to take vitamin B12 due to my doctor's recommendation so l ordered this one and I am happy I did. This is a bioavailable active form of vitamin B12 which is what my doctor suggested me because it gets absorbed by the body much better. Vitamin B12 is good for overall health, especially if you lack of it which is my case. The capsules are not big so they are easy to take, they don't have a weird smell either which sometimes happens with supplements. I recommend it.

As recommended by my Dr. I have been alternating weeks of taking this Vitamin D3 supplement daily with alternate weeks when I do a single 50k IU dose. So far that's kept my numbers where they need to be. They appear to be good quality, made in the USA and 3rd party tested. No ill effects and easy to swallow capsules. I'm used to gummies or gel caps so this was a bit different but no problems. Price is about average so a decent value.

The mix of ingredients includes some l'd never heard of before but after researching them, I was willing to give them a try. I've been taking one capsule a day for almost 3 weeks and I have noticed an increase in energy. I was drinking a lot of coffee and have been trying to cut down because I was having trouble getting to sleep. Now I just have 1 cup in the morning to get me going and take one of these around mid day. My energy stays up but l've been able to sleep a lot better lately. I've been able to add these to my daily vitamins and supplements without any ill effects and will buy them again. They are very reasonably priced for a two month supply and I will purchase them when I run out.
